1 Introduction & Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 88hb platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 88hb support team immediately. 88hb will not be held responsible for unauthorized transactions on an account unless it is proven that the cause was a failure on our part.

2.3 Information Verification

88hb reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

The minimum age to use 88hb services is 21 years. Users must confirm that they meet this minimum age requirement both when creating an account and when using the platform.

If required for age or identity verification, 88hb may request a government-issued ID or other documents. Failure to provide these documents in time may result in restrictions being placed on the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

88hb currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits and withdrawals can be completed quickly and securely through these three mobile banking methods. Please note that Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

You must confirm that the money you deposit comes from a legitimate source. Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

88hb offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 will earn you the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing your total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms — please read them before claiming.
• No cashback applies to bets placed with bonus funds.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or irregular play is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 88hb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 88hb are considered final. Bets accepted in error due to a technical fault, or results arising from unintentional mistakes, may be voided. In such cases, only the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets in the sports section, please review the rules of each competition and event carefully. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet stake will be returned. 88hb reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity and to void bets if necessary.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

For live casino and slot games, the rules of each individual game provider apply. Rules for games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers can be found in the information section of the respective game.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Colluding with other users to influence outcomes
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing low-risk bets strategically to benefit from bonuses (bonus hunting)

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 88hb

88hb may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the Terms
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
• Providing false identity or age information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process

7.2 Closure by User

You may contact the support team via live chat or email at any time to close your account. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Bonus funds will not be returned if the wagering requirements have not been met.
