88hb's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Stay safe while enjoying the game — 88hb is always ready to support you with deposit limits, time-out, and self-exclusion tools.
Our Commitment
88hb believes online gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or anxiety. That is why we have been committed to building a culture of responsible gaming from the start. We place the highest importance on the well-being and safety of every player on our platform.
Gambling is a harmless pastime for most people. However, in some cases it can become problematic. 88hb wants you to always stay in control — make conscious decisions about how much time and money you spend.
- A tendency to gamble with savings or borrowed money.
- Returning repeatedly to try to recover losses.
- Hiding gambling from family or friends.
- Neglecting daily responsibilities or relationships.
- Experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, or depression.
If any of the above applies to you, please contact our support team or use the self-help tools below. 88hb is always here for you.
Your Protection Tools
Set a limit on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set, lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes some time to come into effect — for your own protection.
Need a break for a few days? Take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account will not be active and no deposits or bets will be possible.
If you need a long-term break, activate self-exclusion. Your account can be closed for a period ranging from six months to permanent. Contact us via live chat or email and our team will assist you.
Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose over a given period. Once the limit is reached, the session will end automatically, removing the opportunity to overspend in the heat of the moment.
It is natural to lose track of time during a long session. Set up a reality check to remind you at regular intervals — you will be able to see how long you have been playing and how much you have lost.
Age and identity verification is mandatory to open an account at 88hb. This ensures that only players aged 21 or above can play on the platform.
21+ Age Policy
88hb is for individuals aged 21 and above only. This is not a formality — it is a fundamental policy position. We follow strict age verification procedures to keep minors protected from gaming. If you are a parent and concerned about your child's exposure to online gambling, please use parental control software on your device and contact us — we are ready to assist in any situation.
Five Principles of Responsible Gaming
- Play for entertainment only, not as a source of income. Gambling is never a reliable way to earn money.
- Set a budget and time limit for yourself before you play, and stick to them.
- Avoid increasing your bets to chase losses — it is a common trap.
- Do not play when you are emotionally distressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
Learn About Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit at 88hb is just ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. These low limits are in place so you can play within your own means. We support bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods — the same minimum limits apply to each method.
If you feel your deposit limit should be lowered, it can be changed instantly from Account Settings. Remember — lowering a limit is always immediate, but increasing one takes extra time to come into effect. This is intentional.
